Venue

The talks will take place in the
Baroja Aretoa auditorium, on the 2^nd floor of the Bizkaia Aretoa building (localization here).

Getting there.

The venue is easily reachable by public transport:
by tram: get off at Guggenheim, 1 min walk
by tube: get off at Moyua (Ercilla-Guggenheim exit) (10 min walk)
by Bilbobus:
– lines 1, 10, 13 y 18; stop: Plaza del Museo de Bellas Artes or Puente de Deusto (6 min walk),
– lines 13, 27, 38 y 48; stop: Alameda de Rekalde (8 min walk),
– lines 11 and 71; stop: Universidad de Deusto (5 min walk, over a footbridge)

Transport.

From Bilbao Airport to city centre.
Taxi. There is a taxi stop in front of the arrivals terminal of the airport. (From the university campus you can call Radio Taxi Leioa +34 944 91 53 53).
Regular bus service. You can also easily get from/to the airport by public transport. There is a bus stop right when you leave the arrivals terminal.
Take the bus number 3247. It has four stops in Bilbao: Alameda Recalde, 14; Moyua Plaza; Gran Vía, 74; and Termibus (Bilbao Central Bus Station) .
Buses run from 6:20 to 00:00 (Bilbao Airport → Termibus) and from 5:20 to 22:00 (Termibus → Bilbao Airport), every 20 minutes (:20/:40/:00).

Accommodation.

To facilitate transport to the conference venue, we suggest the following hotels, which are within walking distance from public transport connections:
– Hesperia Zubialde (closest to the bus station, quiet)
– Silken Indautxu (close to local ammenities, quiet area)
– Ilunion Bilbao (very close to the bus station, quiet area)
– Ercilla (close to local amenities, a tiny bit more lively area)
– Occidental (good deal for the sporty)
